Go to the authority’s website, select the services, and click on the trademarks service.
Login to the trademark portal.
Accessing the service platform through the unified national access / e-mail.
Request to register a new mark (as an owner, stakeholder, or owner of the institution or company).
Fill out the data and attach the documents required to register the mark of public benefit bodies and professional institutions.
An invoice is issued to study the mark, and if it is paid, the application will be received and studied.
After the study, one of the following decisions is made:
Acceptance of the amendment condition (the deadline for amendment is 90 days). In the event that the applicant does not make the required amendment within 90 days, the application will turn into a waiver.
- Rejection with the possibility of amendment (the deadline for amendment is 10 days).
Final refusal in one of the two cases:
- If the amendment is not made within the 10-day period.
- If the modification was made by the customer and he did not fulfill the required statutory conditions.
If the application is accepted, the registration applicant or his agent must pay the publication fees within (30 days) from the date of issuance of the publication invoice in the electronic system, otherwise the application shall be considered forfeited.
After paying the fees due by the applicant, the mark (for a period of 60 days) is published in the intellectual property newspaper.
After the publication phase ends without any objection submitted, the applicant must pay the final invoice within 30 days of its issuance and then print the certificate through the system.
